Human beings and horses have the capacity to acquire knowledge based on experience. The same are linked to actions and empirical research. Hence, knowledge comes as result of the experience acquired.
Our courses offer professional development with ethical and social commitment and a scientific basis, capable of fostering strategies that will encourage human growth and well-being, the production of new knowledge and a practical expertise in horse-assisted coaching.
Our equine fellows actively participate constituting a trinomial work together with the coach and the equestrian specialist, contributing their clean reading on the incongruencies of our being.
The programs have been structured based on high expert standards to reflect an immersive learning experience that will allow for the integration of knowledge in a rapid and realistic manner.
The same are based on life experiences as students. It will include all sorts of experiences with a priority on life changing ones, with the objective of finally becoming an experienced different person.
Horse Experience’s educational team is under the leadership of Director, Miriam Demonte, joined by professionals of different fields related to this specialty to ensure the achievement of its educational goals.
We have a multi-disciplinary group that will offer students practical knowledge derived from their own experiences. This domain is complemented with an efficient methodological design coordinated by Academic Director, Natalia Muguruza.
The E-learning system is available in a state-of-the-art on-line learning platform. You will be able to access the classes and contents from any portable device with internet connection. You will have access to complementary information, bibliography, and a visual content network available during the courses and even after having finished them.

Registration requirementes for our courses:
Minimum age: 21 years old.
An official document corroborating your identify, issued by an authorized entity in your country of origin.
High School Diploma or Official Transcript, or Diploma in process.
For the Master’s Degree: Neurocoaching Diploma in Horse-Assisted Coaching or Certificate of equivalent studies.
Practicum: Certified coach or equivalent studies, Equestrian Specialists.

To comply with the regulatory conditions of the course, the student must:
RESPETO
Disrespectful actions of any sort towards faculty members and/or students will not be tolerated. The lack of compliance with this norm may be enough grounds for expulsion from the course.
PARTICIPATION
Active and committed participation through interventions and questions during class accepting responsibility for your statements and pursuing the additional required activities of the course and the practicum.
LEARNER AND TEACHING
Keep in mind each person’s condition both as learner and teacher that allows us to build up on our growth through educational exchanges leading us to become agents of change together with the entire group.
ATTENDANCE
Comply with 80% of attendance by signing in present on the platform at the beginning and at the end of the class. In case of absence, you must present a work, medical or personal excuse as the case may be to the professor. The excuse will only be received via e-mail and will be subject to the approval of the authorities.
HOLIDAYS
Remember that these international courses will not be interrupted by any holidays.
PRACTICAL JOBS
You must comply with all practicum pursuant to the subject matter covered and the established deadlines.
APPROVE
Approve the evaluation standards.
THESIS
Develop a dissertation as your final work complying with the specific requirements stated in the syllabus on the platform.
PARTICIPATION
Participate in class in an assertive and effective manner following the established communication process.
DELIVERIES
Hand in the practicum works on time and follow the format pursuant to the stated complying conditions.
COMMITMENT
Make a commitment to address positively educational interruptions that hinder the learning process by requesting a meeting with professors to timely solve such situations.
DELIVERIES
A compulsory practicum is to be understood within the context of the Finnish education model which gives priority to the time the student spends independently with the objective of strengthening his own creative and self-discovery process. It will be the space where the student can put into practice the academic content.
RECERTIFICATION
Remember that once certified, you must pursue continued education every 24 months to be recertified taking at least one course whether a practicum or an on-site workshop with a minimum of 8 contact hours which may include a discount for students or alumni of HEC.
